Creative Class Software is small family run software company headed by its founder David Roach. David has been involved with software development since the early days of Tandy and Commodore 64 computers. He wrote his first successful adaptation of a game back in 1989 called “Techno Cop”. From there he went on to work on other hit products like PG Music’s “Band-In-A-Box”, “The Pianist”, “The Jazz Pianist” and “The Guitarist”. Diving into other areas he went on to form “Ike Software”. His company created a world wide hit back in 1993 called “Toonworks” which at the time sold over 800,000 copies. With all that success under his belt David went on to work with Xenos Incorporated and dove into working on EPost and other high profile internet projects. Seeing the growth in the handheld market, David turned his attention and skill towards email and worked to help produce email attachment solutions for mobile platforms.
“I enjoy wrapping all of my skill into my love and passion for creating highly personal and educational products for the iPad/iPhone and iPod touch.”

Creative Class Software also works in tandem with other companies to help bring to market their ideas and see them to fruition. With the help of artists like Joy Horvath, Ariana Roach and interface specialists like Mark Rickan, Creative Class Software continues to produce products that are inviting and stimulating for the user.
Partnerships
Strong partnerships in business are what makes things work and we believe that is the strength behind our company. In this respect we would like to thank Ravi Gananathan, Mark Rickan and Charles Linden for their excellent work in their respected fields. Of course we also would like to thank Apple for making a product that is so universally appealing and a pleasure to write for.
Message From David
“I just wanted to thank a lot of people that have made my journey through the software development world a lot of fun and completely worth while. These people come from all different areas of my career. First of all, I want to thank my beautiful wife Tricia, who without her support and love over the years, I would not be able to do what I do. Thank you hunny! Of course there are my kids from whom without, I would not be the same. I love you guys!
Next there are some great mentors like my brothers Dan and Rich and programmers like Andrew Summerfield and Dave Clark. Chris Gray I would also like to thank, for believing in me when all I knew was 6809 assembly language and said, “You can code 6502 Dave, no problem!”. Derek Patriquin: an amazing man and a great friend. Derek, you are a great person and a great thinker!!
Then there is Peter Gannon who inspired me to start my own business and continues to succeed in his company to this day. Thank you Peter and Cathy and all the staff at PG Music. People that I work with, I become friends with and one that has really been there for me over my career is Mark Rickan. You got Trevor Twinning (who will satisfy all your Drupal needs) who has been not only a good friend but one heck of a good pizza eater! Of course all of the people at Xenos and iseeMedia have been wonderful and have helped shape the products that I come up with today.
Of course I would be remiss if I didn’t thank my parents Lorne and Olga Roach. These two raised 7 of us Roach’s and taught us a lot of about love, laughter and life! I am sure if my dad were alive today, he’d be loving iPierogi”
